A note re. recipes

Whenever I don’t post an original recipe, or a link to somebody else’s, you can assume I am making something which is more of a “putting a few things together” meal, rather than something cooked totally from scratch. Like most people, I do not have the time or kitchen space to cook from scratch every day!

Here are a few examples of meals which Jacob and I make regularly, using a ready-made meat substitute, vegan-friendly sauce and seasonings, with a carb and veg/salad included or accompanying:

  • Bolognese
  • Chilli
  • Fajitas
  • Burgers

etc… 🙂
